Nursing services:

• Regularly assessing the nursing needs of the client

• Participating in the establishment and implementation of the client's service plan

• Providing nursing services as needed and in accordance with the client's service plan

• Reporting problems and progress of client to supervisory personnel or the client's personal physician

 

Personal Care:
With Stay Well Care Solutions, Inc. personal care, a Certified Personal Service Assistant comes to the home to provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including the following:

• Dressing and grooming

• Bathing and Showering

• Personal Hygiene

• Dental care

• Shaving

• Restroom assistance

• Transition from bed to chair

• Walking, exercise assistance

• Taking vital signs

• Medication reminders

• Light housekeeping

• Meal preparation

 

"Medically related activities" means activities such as but not limited to observing and reporting changes in a client's condition, arranging trips to the doctor, picking up prescription drugs, accompanying clients on medical appointments, documenting client's food and/or liquid intake or output, reminding clients to take medication, and assisting with self-administration of medication; such activities shall not include professional services that are subject to regulation under professional practice and licensing statutes and associated rules.


"Personal care tasks" means assistance with bathing, toileting, grooming, shaving, dental care, dressing, and eating; and may include but are not limited to proper nutrition, home management, housekeeping tasks, ambulation and transfer, and medically related activities, including the taking of vital signs only in conjunction with the above tasks.

 

Companion/ Sitter:
Companion/ Sitter service is for clients that do not need hands-on assistance, but would like some friendly company or need some help with routine chores that have become more challenging. Services can include any or all of the following:

• meal preparation and serving

• home management

• household tasks essential to cleanliness and safety.

If your loved ones’ health or comfort is at risk due to the frailty of age or illness, visits from a Stay Well Care Solutions, Inc. caregiver can make all the difference in the world.

Of course we help with all the above tasks. But most of all, Stay Well Care Solutions, Inc. caregivers bring a great deal of comfort to the client's family, knowing all is well. Stay Well Care Solutions, Inc. can send a personal care or companion assistant to the home daily, several times a week, or as often as needed.
