Stay Well Care, has been serving the Atlanta community since 2006, helping older and disabled adults stay active in the community.

Our adult day center and personal support services, provided social contact, companionship, help with daily living activities and medical supervision. We bridge the gap between home services and long term care. Involvement with our services can increase the elderly and disabled person's health, outlook and chances to remain in the community.
