WE ARE LOOKING FOR

CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT,

PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT (CNA/ PCA)

Provides safe, hands-on care to patients in their home, helping with bathing, dressing and basic activities of life. Some task may include: Assist with repositioning, walking, preparing meals, bathing/ grooming, light housekeeping and taking vital signs.

REQUIREMENTS

• State issued photo ID - Drivers license

• Social Security Card

• Federal issued proof of Employment Authorization

  • US Passport

  • Permanent Resident Card

• Current CPR and First Aid card

• Current CNA or PCA certification

• Copy of PPD Test results or Chest X-Ray - Tuberculosis test

• Two Professional or Personal References Resume

• Additional training is provided by Stay Well Care per individual case
